Join Jan Bugher, Certified Sommelier (aka jampagne_allday), for a 2-month (4-class) course that will take a deeper dive into the intricacies of food and wine pairing. From feeling confident about wine choices while dining out, to elevating your every day meals, this class will take your wine skills to the next level!
By purchasing the in-person course, you’ll receive in-person training on two-three wines per class, with samples and tasting sheets of each wine, snacks appropriate to each week’s subject matter, plus a link to the YouTube recording of each class for refreshing at a later date. Also, if you can’t attend a particular session, you can always purchase the wines through Kan Kan and watch the recorded class at your leisure. Having completed Road to Somm is a prerequisite to take this course.
Class starts on February 6th and continues on the following dates: 2/20, 3/6, & 3/20
