Join us for a hands-on cocktail class in Bluebeard’s Rosewater Room featuring the rugged refinement of High West Whiskey and the charismatic storytelling of Eric Holmes, High West’s official brand ambassador and self-proclaimed “storyteller, camper, barman, yogi, and jovial modern-day vagabond.”
This intimate evening invites guests to shake, stir, and build three distinctive whiskey cocktails, each paired with seasonal small bites from the Bluebeard kitchen. Along the way, Eric will guide guests through the rich history of whiskey, the untamed spirit of High West, and the stories behind each pour.
