Join us on June 2nd at 7 p.m. for another installment of our popular Demi-Sec series, hosted by Rachel Peacock.
This Demi-Sec focuses on Piedmont, Italy, one of the world’s great wine regions with a unique food identity. We’ll highlight the intersection of sustainable, organic wine practices and classic iterations of these superb varietals. Rachel will walk you through some of the benchmark producers from Barolo, Arneis, Alba, and the like. Paired with a four-course Piemontese-inspired dinner, come learn about the region or just enjoy yourself and the vibes.
