Join our Certified Sommelier & Wine Director, Jan Bugher, for a 4 session course that will take you deeper into the fascinating world of sparkling wine. From Champagne to Prosecco to Cava to Pet Nat, learn about the major growing regions of the world, and the ins and outs of all of the styles. Having completed the Road to Somm course is a prerequisite to attending this course!
By purchasing the in-person course, you will receive in-person training on the various wine-growing regions, taste two – three wines per class with tasting sheets for each wine, enjoy cheese & charcuterie, and receive a link to the YouTube recording of each class for refreshing at a later date. Also, if you can’t attend a particular session, you can always watch the recorded class at your leisure.
