The Bluebeard family is anticipating the 2020’s to be as outrageous as we are – full of fun and with plenty of good wine. The coming of a new decade is cause for a roaring celebration. Kiss this past decade goodbye and embrace the glittering revelry of a new era with a decadent dinner, complete with Dom Perignon!

We will be celebrating with a 5-course dinner paired with wines curated for this jovial occasion by Jan Bugher, our Wine Director & Sommelier. Moet Hennessy is showering us with good wishes and champagne. And to ensure optimal festivity, half bottles of Ruinart will be available to purchase throughout the evening.

5-Course Wine Dinner

To enhance your meal, there will be half bottles of Ruinart available to purchase

Moet & Chandon Imperial
Moët Impérial is the House’s iconic champagne. Created in 1869, it embodies Moët & Chandon’s unique style, a style distinguished by its bright fruitiness, seductive palate and elegant maturity.

Étoile Rosé
Elegant and rich with layers of fresh plum, raspberry and nutmeg, étoile Rosé showcases the terroir of Moet’s California properties.

Newton The Puzzle Red Blend
This opulent wine opens with dried flowers, anise, black cherry, cassis and cedar aromas. The palate explodes with  black fruit,  hints of black licorice, spicy vanilla and dark chocolate powder accented by an appealing earthy, forest floor character.

Numanthia is a powerful, intense wine, fresh yet silky, offering an explosion of fruity flavors such as
ripe raspberry, blackberry and cherry.  It boasts a complex nose, with spicy notes, among them mint, cloves and tobacco.

Dom Perignon
The opening bouquet is complex and luminous, a mingling of white flowers, citrus and stone fruit. The overall effect is enhanced by the freshness of aniseed and crushed mint. The final aromas offered by the wine are starting to show spicy, woody and roasted notes.

NOTE: The final cost of this event is $179. Your reservation fee of $159 will be applied to the final bill. There is a 24-hour cancelation policy. This is a +21 event.
