Soon after graduating from Indiana University in 2008, with a BA in Fine Arts, Lauren McGraw (then Lauren Angel), embarked on a boating journey down the Mississippi River. Accompanied by her husband, Oliver, they docked in Memphis for a short while, and then continued on to New Orleans. Lauren worked at renowned restaurants around the city of New Orleans, including Emeril Legasse's Delmonico.
Lauren and Oliver returned to their home state in 2010 and laid roots in Indianapolis. With almost 17 years in the service industry, she stepped into the role as Private Event Manager at Bluebeard in October 2016.
While Lauren's etiquette and attention to detail have created a crisp momentum in her professional life, her most meaningful role is as a mother to her daughter, Petra. This modern, working-mama has not only taken over took the Bluebeard Instagram page, but is assisting the restaurant in taking over the hearts (and stomachs) of the Indy food scene.
